Historical centre of Pordenone – a 1970’s building with shops at ground floor, offices at first floor and private houses above. The flat at stake comprises two rooms and a single view over the street below. Classical distribution of spaces is optimized by placing the service (kitchen and bathroom) backbone in the internal area of the building, devoid of natural light and aeration. The two rooms are now less deep: the living room exploits the dining table as filter area towards the sofas, while the bedroom retains a classic but more compact design.
The project is not involved in interior design solutions, as the building is part of a real estate investment and is to be rented to young couples.
